Coaching occurs when an individual with a skill set or experience comes alongside another individual who wishes to grow in that same skill set or experience. The process is an intentional mentoring-like relationship where the individual with the skill set or experience encourages the other individual from what they have learned.

Coaching is a growth centered relationship intended for everyone. Through the coaching process, you will go over your personal strengths, weaknesses and worldview –  learning how to use your strengths to address your weaknesses in your own personal lifestyle.

Coaching and counseling are not the same. Although they both focus on personal growth, Counseling focuses on helping someone heal from past emotional injuries, mental health issues, or broken relationships while coaching focuses on emotionally healthy individuals who are desiring to grow.

Journey Coaching is a lifestyle. Your coach will intentionally encourage you in your strengths and worldview with the hope that you will in turn multiply this principle. Take what you have learned and offer coaching to someone else in need so they will be able to grow into the best version of themselves.

Coaching is for everyone no matter their religious beliefs or background. In this intentional process,  you are accepted right where you are at regardless of addictions, anxiety, depression, divorce, infidelity or any common struggle known to man.

A good way to grow spiritually and to be encouraged is through friendships with those who have walked a similar path and can help model integrity. Often times referred to as discipleship.
